Overview

TempCare Childcare Staffing Inc. is seeking Substitute Preschool Teachers to service various locations in Solano County, California. This role involves commuting to multiple sites based on assignments and requires availability for on-call shifts ranging from part-time to full-time as well as temporary positions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide care and education to preschool-aged children
  • Be available for 4-8 hour shifts on call
  • Devote a minimum of 2-5 full days per week for job assignments
  • Travel to different facilities as assigned
  • Ensure adherence to health screening requirements
  • Support children's developmental needs and well-being

Required skills

  • Less than 1 year of experience in early childhood education
  • High school diploma
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Good health with required health screenings
  • Clear criminal background check

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
