As Studio Manager, you will lead daily studio operations, support and motivate the sales team, drive membership growth, and help create the welcoming, close-knit environment Orangetheory is known for. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, building relationships, hitting goals, and being part of a fast-paced fitness community.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day studio operationsDrive membership sales, promotions, and studio performanceCoach, train, and support team membersCreate a positive and welcoming experience for members and guestsHandle member questions and concerns professionallyMaintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and organizationReview reports, sales data, and KPIs to identify opportunitiesSupport scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountabilityWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of leadership or management experience preferredSales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience preferredPrevious Orangetheory Fitness or health and wellness experience is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountableOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskPositive, energetic, and passionate about health and fitnessFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needsWhy Join Us:Competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year + commissions and monthly bonuses!
