The Studio Ambassador at Orangetheory Fitness in Rochester is a health and fitness-minded individual responsible for assisting in the front-of-house operations of the fitness studio. Ideal candidates are those with a passion for health and fitness, possessing basic sales and excellent customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to existing members
  • Set up individuals for a free first class
  • Help prospective members with health and fitness goals
  • Conduct follow-up calls and inquiries
  • Lead studio previews for prospects and fitness program holders
  • Greet members and guests enthusiastically
  • Participate in 1-2 scheduled Orangetheory workouts per week
