Overview

Pernini Recruiting Company is seeking a Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney to join the Global Finance group of a prestigious AmLaw 50 law firm. The firm provides legal services in structured finance and has a reputation for representing a wide array of clients, including major asset managers and banks.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise on structured finance and securitization matters, focusing on CLOs.
  • Represent clients in structuring and executing complex financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with a global team to provide legal services in structured finance and capital markets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while advising on financing solutions.

Required skills

  • JD from a top-tier law school
  • Active Bar Admission in the State of New York
  • 3+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance or transactional experience
  • Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, or subscription line credit facilities preferred
  • Large law firm experience strongly preferred
