You will be responsible for the erection and connection of steel structures including beams, columns, braces, joists, and decking. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specificationsUnload, place, and connect steel components using cranes, rigging, and hand toolsBolt-up, weld, and align steel components to exact specificationsWork safely at heights on steel frameworksUse appropriate PPE and adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelinesCollaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are metOperate equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and welding tools (if certified) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of structural steel erection experienceFamiliarity with tools and rigging equipment used in steel erectionComfortable working at heights in all weather conditionsStrong understanding of safety protocols and fall protectionAbility to read structural drawings and connect steel accordinglyMust have reliable transportationNCCER, AWS, or other welding certifications are a plusOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
