If these values resonate with you and you're looking for a place where you can contribute, grow, and be part of a team that supports one another, we invite you to join our team.Structural Pipe Fitter / Heavy Fabrication Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM) Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced structural pipe Fitter to support fit-up and assembly of structural pipe and pressure vessel components in accordance with AWS and ASME code requirements. This role is critical to ensuring proper joint preparation, alignment, and dimensional accuracy prior to welding.This is a night shift role (6 PM - 6 AM) requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail. Key responsibilitiesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsMeasure, cut, and prepare materials to required specificationsPerform precision fit-up for weld joints, including proper gap, bevel, and alignmentUse tools such as grinders, torches, levels, and measuring devicesVerify dimensions, tolerances, and alignment prior to weldingCollaborate with welders and Quality to ensure code-compliant resultsIdentify and correct fit-up issues before welding beginsMaintain tools and equipment in safe, working conditionKeep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a pipe fitter or structural fitter in an industrial environmentStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbolsUnderstanding of fit-up tolerances, joint preparation, and alignmentExperience working with pipe, plate, or structural steel componentsAbility to use measuring tools accurately (tape, level, square, etc.)High attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and reliability in a production environment Preferred Experience (Strongly Valued)Experience in pipe fabrication or pressure vessel environmentsFamiliarity with AWS or ASME codesPrior experience supporting NDE-quality welding operationsAbility to perform basic tack welding (GMAW, FCAW)GMAW and FCAW welding processes Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently on a routine basis and handle materials safely as part of daily job duties.Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain safe body positioning while performing tasks and moving through the work area, including walking on concrete floors and uneven surfaces.Frequent squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting, requiring full-body mobility, balance, and upper- and lower-body strength to perform work safely.Manual agility to operate tools safely and effectively, with regular use of arms, shoulders, and back for lifting, reaching, and positioning tasks.Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.Maintain adequate visual and auditory acuity to safely perform assigned tasks, including but not limited to: identifying potential hazards, reading and/or recording measurements, inspecting materials, and responding promptly to verbal instructions, alarms or hand signals in the work environmentPre-Employment Requirements: All candidates who receive a conditional offer of employm
