As a Case Manager in our Street Outreach Program, you'll provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless at at-risk youth. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to reduce barriers for youth in obtaining community resources while supporting youth in learning more self-advocacy skills.Our Company:Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children.
