Develop a deep understanding of PatientIQ's business, product, customers, strategic priorities, and operating cadence. Begin identifying opportunities to improve execution, communication, and operational efficiency. Become proficient with the company's AI tools and workflows.60 days - Independently own one or more executive operating cadences. Lead a cross-functional strategic initiative with minimal oversight. Deliver executive-ready analyses and communications that enable faster decision-making. Begin establishing the SPO framework90 days - Be recognized as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff and executive team.
