The OpportunityFizion is creating a new category of performance products built around one simple belief: Performance should fit into real life. Our mission is to help people perform on their terms through products that are flexible, convenient, and enjoyable to use. We are looking for a builder-not someone to inherit a mature sales territory, but someone to create one. You will design and scale our Strategic Partnerships program from the ground up, establishing relationships that become a long-term competitive advantage for the brand.What You'll Build Develop the Fizion Performance Partner Program and turn it into a repeatable national growth engine. Create partnerships with boutique fitness studios, specialty retailers, running communities, universities, hospitality groups, corporate wellness organizations, and performance-focused events. Design systems that allow the partnership channel to scale efficiently over time.Key Responsibilities Build and manage a qualified partnership pipeline using outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and networking. Research target organizations and decision makers. Conduct discovery meetings and present the Fizion partnership program. Negotiate and onboard new partners. Coordinate partner launch kits, merchandising, training materials, and marketing assets. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and E-commerce to ensure partner success. Track KPIs and continuously improve the partnership playbook. Represent Fizion at key industry conferences and trade shows.What Success Looks Like Build an organized prospect database and outreach cadence. Launch the initial partnership program. Secure the first 25 active partners. Document the first version of the partnership playbook. Build a scalable partnership acquisition system. Establish 200+ active performance partners. Create measurable customer acquisition through partnerships. Develop wholesale relationships that generate recurring revenue. Build a channel capable of growing for years to come.Ideal Background 3-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, account management, or related experience. Experience in consumer products, fitness, wellness, retail, or startups is a plus. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Highly organized and comfortable creating systems from scratch.
