Overview

Peopleworth is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to enhance key partner relationships and drive operational excellence in education-focused initiatives. This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of successful partnership engagements across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage strategic partner relationships as a trusted contact for senior stakeholders
  • Support partnership success through proactive account management and collaboration
  • Oversee operational planning and risk management across partner engagements
  • Identify and resolve escalated issues with effective communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve partnership objectives
  • Prepare and present governance reports and performance updates
  • Provide strategic insights for partnership performance and value creation
  • Coach internal teams on effective partner engagement practices
  • Develop understanding of partner objectives to strengthen relationships
  • Contribute to the improvement of partnership management processes
