Overview

Cirkal Financial Services is looking for experienced financial professionals to join as Strategic Partners on a 1099 basis. This role offers the flexibility of independent contracting along with the potential for significant income through upfront commissions and ongoing trails and renewals, all while providing support and collaboration within the firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, establish, and manage new client accounts
  • Provide professional guidance on insurance and investment solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with Cirkal Financial Services leadership on growth initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
  • Uphold the firm's standards of ethics and professionalism

Required skills

  • Active 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License or relevant Securities licenses
  • Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or wealth management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for independent operation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of integrity and self-motivation
