Following the combination of Clearwave Fiber and Point Broadband, our expanded organization is accelerating growth, investing in next-generation fiber infrastructure, and creating exciting opportunities for driven professionals who want to make an impact.We're looking for a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to help grow and retain key commercial accounts by delivering consultative fiber and connectivity solutions that solve real business challenges.If you thrive on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing business in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we'd love to talk with you.What You'll Do:As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within assigned commercial and strategic customer accounts. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of strategic business accounts throughout assigned markets. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within customer organizations. Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities across the company's portfolio of fiber and technology solutions. Conduct customer meetings and business reviews to understand goals, challenges, and future business needs. Present customized solutions, pricing, and proposals that align with customer objectives. Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Operations, Billing, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Proactively resolve customer concerns and coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer documentation within Salesforce or CRM platforms. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market activity. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and retention goals. Requirements: What We're Looking For:3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or strategic sales experience, preferably within telecommunications, fiber, technology, or managed services. Proven track record of growing revenue and managing customer relationships. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned markets as needed. Preferred QualificationsExperience selling fiber-optic, Ethernet, VoIP, SD-WAN, cloud, or managed technology solutions. Familiarity with enterprise, municipal, healthcare, education, or multi-site commercial customers. Knowledge of fiber technologies including GPON, XGS-PON, and enterprise connectivity solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.PI1e4a5-
