Uses past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Coordinates all activities including management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee daily store and restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit. Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality standards. Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management. Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance. Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control. Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required. Requirements: High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of store supervisor experience; Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of store supervisor or lead experience Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English Effective communication in English regarding job procedures and safety standards Ability to work in a potentially stressful environment Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Ability to meet operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety Strong customer engagement and communication skills Compliance with dress code standards Willingness to perform a variety of tasks during each shift Staff Experts, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
