Overview

The Store Manager at Soma in Braintree, Massachusetts is responsible for creating an inviting and inclusive environment that enhances both associate and customer engagement. Key responsibilities

Required skills

  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail, with at least 2 years as a store manager
  • Proficient in recruiting, selecting, and developing a full store team
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to forecast and analyze business trends
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
