As a Store Manager, you run the show - driving sales, leading your team, and delivering customer experience that's pure Under Armour. From merchandising to operations, you'll own every detail and inspire your team to hit goals, push limits, and perform at their best. Your Impact Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and key performance indicatorsAnalyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive resultsDrive performance through customer service, human resources, inventory control, and store appearanceBuild loyalty through in-store experience using data capture, endless aisle, and other omni-channel solutionsDirect the handling of merchandise, shipment receipt, processing, floor sets, markdown, and replenishmentOversee and ensure efficiency of all daily operational proceduresComplete store audit compliance and shrink results aligning with loss prevention standardsManage payroll and schedule adjustments maximizing productivity to achieve payroll and sales targetsMaintain safe environment of a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting roomMotivate and inspire the team through Under Armour's Core Competencies Lead the management team through execution of all performance management toolsEffectively communicate with the management team to align and help drive business strategyProactively seek personal learning and development opportunities to build leadership skill setRecruit, hire, develop, and retain high performing teammatesManage store census, seasonal hiring and turnover, network, recruit, and interviewPerform other tasks assigned by leadership Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications Local language fluency required; plus, basic verbal and written English is a mustAbility to interpret analytics and metricsKnowledge of employment laws including compliance with local requirementsAdvanced interpersonal skillsRobust time-management skillsAbility to identify complex problems and evaluate solutions using logic and reasonDemonstrated critical thinking in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Requirements Minimum 3 years management experienceMinimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekendsAbility to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs./12kgsAbility to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaksAbility to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area Benefits & Perks Paid "UA Give Back" Volunteer Days: Work alongside your team to support initiatives in your local communityUnder Armour Merchandise DiscountsMaternity and Parental Leave for eligible and FMLA-eligible teammatesHealth & fitness benefits, discounts and resources- We offer teammates across the country programs to promote physical activity and overall well-being Base Compensation $58,854.59 - $96,300.83Most new hires fal
