Overview

Whole Foods Market is seeking a full-time Grocery Team Member to join the Frisco location. This role involves supporting the grocery team by maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service while promoting the company's mission of nourishing people and the planet.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and prepare product for sale
  • Maintain grocery floor displays and cleanliness
  • Stock shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy case
  • Monitor and prevent spoilage, reporting waste as necessary
  • Assist with sampling programs and maintain appealing sample areas
  • Complete required worksheets for spoilage, sampling, and temperature
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
  • Follow and comply with established procedures for health and sanitation
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
  • Report safety hazards and violations immediately
