Overview

Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated Grocery Team Member to join the team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In this role, you will support grocery operations by receiving, preparing, and selling products while ensuring an appealing display and maintaining health and safety standards. Your work will contribute to meaningful changes in the community and the grocery industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and prepare product for the grocery floor
  • Maintain grocery displays and ensure shelves are stocked and clean
  • Perform functions related to breaking down deliveries and stocking
  • Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling techniques
  • Monitor product quality and prevent spoilage
  • Complete required worksheets related to spoilage, sampling, and inventory
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks
  • Follow established procedures for health and safety compliance
  • Report safety hazards and maintain a clean working environment
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
