Description: A Hospice Aide, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provides care and assistance to terminally ill patients within the scope of experience and ability, including: Clean and bathe patients Assistance in toiletingMaintain patients' hygiene and change beddingTurn, reposition and transfer or move patients between wheelchairs, seats and bedsServe meals and help patients eat their foodAssist in cleaning and housekeeping of rooms and facilityMaintain par stock of supplies on handMeasure vital signs like blood pressure and temperatureObserve and listen to patients regarding any health concerns they might have and report details or changes in condition to Registered Nurse 12 hour shifts, day or night, Hospice Inpatient Care in Seaman, OH Requirements: PROFESSIONAL: Completion of State approved Nurse Aide course, testing, and registration required.
