Overview

As a Sticky Note Glueline Operator at Koozie Group, you will play a crucial role in applying adhesive to paper using specialized equipment. This position operates under limited supervision and requires attention to quality and safety protocols while maintaining efficient production processes in a climate-controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and operate adhesive glue line equipment according to Work Instructions
  • Perform operator-level maintenance duties and maintain documentation
  • Follow safety and quality protocols adhering to ISO standards
  • Report and record daily production and scrap accurately
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Perform quality checks and visually inspect products
  • Support teamwork and process improvements
  • Lift and move products as required

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Mechanical skills
  • Experience in machine operation and quality control
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and safety protocols
