Job Description: Central Sterile/Supply Supervisor Join a healthcare team committed to high reliability and exceptional care. We are currently seeking a full-time Central Sterile/Supply Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Central Sterile Department. This role requires effective leadership to ensure patient safety, infection control, and efficient equipment reprocessing and availability. Shift: Day ShiftLocation: Burlington, VT Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily departmental workflows, including decontamination, prep and pack, sterilization, endoscopy, inventory management, and case pick functions. Manage the technical activities of all departmental employees supporting the reprocessing of medical and surgical equipment. Ensure items are assembled in accordance with established policies and procedures. Actively manage infection control processes, sterility assurance, and equipment/instrumentation availability to ensure patient safety. Coordinate and direct daily activities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate s Degree preferred). Minimum five years of experience in central sterile, with at least two years of leadership experience preferred. Certification in Registered Central Service Technician (CRSCT) and Endoscope Preprocessor (CER) required.
