Overview

As a Starbucks Lead at Giant Eagle, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing Starbucks Baristas, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to operational standards. You will foster a positive team environment, support team growth, and demonstrate a passion for Starbucks products.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate and maintain adherence to company policies and operational standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge and passion for Starbucks beverages
  • Cultivate relationships with guests and vendors
  • Supervise stocking, receiving, and take physical inventories
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example
  • Oversee training of new and current Team Members
  • Help reduce and eliminate shrinkage
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive environment
