Overview

The Staffing Recruiter - Bilingual at Masterson Staffing Solutions is responsible for recruiting the best candidates for open positions and delivering outstanding customer service to clients. This role involves ensuring compliance with employment laws and company procedures while managing applicant processes and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Make placement decisions for each open order
  • Administer pre-placement paperwork and compliance checks
  • Manage and update personnel and client records accurately
  • Communicate with temporary employees and clients to build rapport
  • Monitor attendance and performance of placed candidates
  • Collect and audit timecards and resolve payroll issues
  • Handle reports of alleged harassment or discrimination
  • Complete workers' compensation paperwork and submit claims
  • Manage applicant flow at the front counter and answer phone calls
  • Run E-Verify and manage application processes
