If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love matching great people with great opportunities, and want to build lasting relationships while making a real impact every day-this role is for you!Position SummaryAs a Staffing Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process-from sourcing top talent to successfully placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality matches that drive their success.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and attract high-quality candidates using job boards and social media.Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Partner with clients to deeply understand their staffing needs, company culture, and expectations.Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future openingsManage recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and your internal team.Required Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition Management/Supervisory experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadSolid negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesSelf motivated but can also work in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, or administrative rolesWork Environment & ScheduleStandard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends to support clients and candidates.Some travel to client sites or job fairs as needed.Only candidates that meet the qualifications will be considered.
