Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead in building AI-driven solutions for the real estate sector. This role offers an opportunity to shape platform architecture and influence the future of engineering in a company recognized for its innovative use of AI technologies in CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape platform architecture and drive AI-powered product delivery.
  • Build data-enrichment and scoring systems for behavioral analysis.
  • Evolve SMS and phone-based AI systems for lead engagement.
  • Design a unified contact data model for integration with various systems.
  • Create automation layers to enhance CRM functionality.

Required skills

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with senior or staff roles
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
  • Experience with scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments like AWS
  • Strong understanding of GraphQL, Kafka, SQS, and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch)
