Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Neuro Spine Unit in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves providing general nursing care to patients across a continuum of acute healthcare settings, ensuring safety and quality while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while also participating in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses
  • Evaluate and document responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed

Required skills
