Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Neuro Interventional Radiology department in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves providing general nursing care to patients and families in various acute healthcare settings, operating 24/7/365. The RN will be accountable for practicing nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes
  • Evaluate and document responses to nursing interventions
  • Participate in process improvement activities
  • Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in job duties

Required skills

  • BLS certification
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
  • Five years of experience required to achieve BSN
