Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a full-time Staff RN for the Med Surg department in Cambridge, Ohio. The RN will provide general nursing care across various acute healthcare settings, focusing on patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses and collaborative problems
  • Evaluate and document patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust plans as needed
  • Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
