Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Endoscopy department in Delaware, Ohio. This position requires on-call availability and involves providing general nursing care to patients in acute healthcare settings. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes
  • Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and revise care plans as necessary
  • Participate in process improvement activities focused on clinical quality and customer satisfaction
  • Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in job duties

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current RN license from the State of Ohio or multi-state compact state
  • BLS certification
  • BSN required at 5 years of employment
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous RN experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Endoscopy, Pre/Post, or Critical Care/
