Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN (Casual) for their Radiation Oncology department in Mansfield, Ohio. This role involves providing general nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative and operating room settings, ensuring quality and efficient care in line with nursing standards and hospital policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform health status assessments for patients and document findings.
  • Develop and document planned nursing interventions based on patient needs.
  • Evaluate and document patient responses to nursing interventions.
  • Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
  • Nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing
  • Team collaboration and process improvement skills
