Overview

OhioHealth is looking for a Staff RN to provide general nursing care in the Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Med Surg Oncology units. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care along the health illness continuum.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses
  • Evaluate and document responses to nursing interventions
  • Participate in process improvement activities for clinical quality
  • Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in job duties

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification
  • Experience in healthcare and nursing
