Job Details The Opportunity Support commercial real estate acquisitions, development projects, financings, leasing matters, and dispositions. Lead or support title and survey review, diligence, issue identification, and resolution. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Coordinate transaction workstreams and deliver practical, responsive service to sophisticated clients. Candidate Profile At least eight years of broad commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting. Deep knowledge of acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, dispositions, title, and survey matters. Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach, excellent communication, and strong project management.
