Staff Attorney- Cable Company- 75k-120k ( on-site)Chester, NY Premier cable company seeking a Staff Attorney to join their legal compliance team. Key Responsibilities Provide timely legal advice and counsel on a broad range of business, regulatory, employment, commercial, marketing, consumer protection, and operational matters. Structure, draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis using traditional and technology-enabled research platforms, including AI-assisted legal research and document review tools, while independently validating legal conclusions. Advise business stakeholders regarding developments in applicable laws, regulations, administrative guidance, and case law impacting the telecommunications and broadband industry. Utilize AI-enabled productivity, document review, contract analysis, and legal knowledge management tools to enhance efficiency Partner with outside counsel on litigation, regulatory, employment, commercial, and other legal matters. Support interactions with federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory bodies. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. .One to five years legal experience preferred Experience supporting regulated industries, telecommunications, broadband, media, or technology companies. Familiarity with AI-assisted legal research, contract lifecycle management systems, legal operations platforms, and document automation technologies.
