Why you'll love this job P erform a wide variety of administrative duties to support Flight Attendants and Inflight management employees in the daily operation. This job is a member of the staff assistant team within the Inflight group. What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Responds to Flight Attendants general questions in person and by phoneFiles expense reimbursement, handles mail and FEDEXProvides Tablet support at the Crew Service CentersAssists in the coordination of Flight Attendant parking and Crew IDsOrders supplies and maintains the e-board in the crew roomsWorks at the Crew Service Center and has interaction with Flight Attendants throughout the shift by coordinating and resolving Flight Attendant queriesAssists the Operations Coordinators with all aspects of Inflight operationEnsures office and crew room computers and equipment are in working conditionIn the absence of an Operations Coordinator, assume all administrative functions All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High School diploma or GED equivalency 2 years experience with PC, Sabre, DECS, and RES Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Current or previous Inflight, Crew Schedule experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications Independent judgement and decision making skills Knowledge of working with contract labor groups Ability to work all shifts, holidays and overtime as required.
