Overview

Universal Fidelity Life Insurance is seeking a Staff Accountant to support their financial operations. This role involves compiling and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records within a dynamic remote working environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze financial and operational data
  • Prepare various small business financial reports
  • Prepare various journal entries
  • Perform general ledger closing activities
  • Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliation
  • Assist with preparation of regulatory filings and reporting
  • Assist with banking activities
  • Verify that all reconciling items are researched and resolved
