Join the Data & AI team as a Go-To-Market Specialist focused on Search and AI!This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of intelligent search experiences powered by AI. As part of our Worldwide Specialist Organization, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for AWS's Search and AI services - including Amazon OpenSearch Service and related AI-powered search capabilities - helping customers unlock the value of their data through vector search, semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative AI applications. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into business solutions that drive customer value across geographies and verticals.Key job responsibilitiesLead GTM strategy and sales motions for AWS Search and AI services, orchestrating across sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption. Leverage deep domain expertise in search technologies and AI/ML to create best-in-class field enablement and sales programs. Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers implementing intelligent search, RAG architectures, and AI-driven analytics. Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on the OpenSearch and Search AI roadmap. Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution. Represent AWS with thought leadership at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.A day in the lifeYou'll start mornings reviewing pipeline metrics and customer adoption trends for Search and AI workloads. Mid-day involves collaborating with field teams on customer architectures, running enablement sessions, or joining customer calls to position OpenSearch and AI-powered search solutions. Afternoons are spent refining GTM programs, aligning with product teams on roadmap priorities, and developing scalable plays that the broader AWS field can execute independently.About the teamThe AWS Data & AI Specialist team drives adoption of AWS's most innovative services at the intersection of search, analytics, and artificial intelligence. We are builders and strategists who partner across AWS to bring cutting-edge search and AI capabilities to customers worldwide. Our team values curiosity, ownership, and delivering measurable customer outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth segment of the business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience- Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs across large-scale operations, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging anal
