Overview

The Senior Technical Sales Engineer at SHD Composite Materials Inc will be responsible for providing technical sales support and promoting advanced composite materials to clients across the Americas. This role involves strong collaboration with the existing sales team and technical support functions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth in a dynamic industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up and close out on new leads in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed visit reports and communicate clearly on behalf of customers.
  • Problem solving and continuous improvements in the manufacturing and application of prepreg materials.
  • Promote SHD to a wide audience through networking and conferences.
  • Work in accordance with Company Quality and Health and Safety procedures.
  • Take on other duties as reasonably requested by the company.
