How you communicate and build trust matters as much as your technical chops. What You'll Do Serve as the primary bridge between Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, and engineering teams translating complex business needs into well-defined, actionable requirementsOwn the requirements process end-to-end: discovery, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sign-offDrive testing and validation through implementation, ensuring what gets built matches what was agreedStrengthen and improve Agile processes where they add value and exercise judgment on when pragmatism takes precedencePush back on ambiguity early, build stakeholder relationships that make that pushback productive, and keep delivery movingWhat We're Looking For 5+ years as a Technical BA, Functional Analyst, or Solutions Analyst in financial services or capital marketsEnd-to-end trading lifecycle fluency: construction, optimization, trade modeling, rebalancingExperience across upstream/downstream systems: OMS, Analytics, Accounting, ReportingKnowledge of SMAs and trading lifecycle across fixed income and equities strong plusThe ability to deliver well-defined requirements not just gather themStrong SQL; cloud fluency in AWS (Lambda, S3, microservices, CI/CD)Agile/Jira and the experience to know when process serves the work and when it doesn'tA communicator and collaborator who earns credibility with both business and tech stakeholders
