Job Description

Overview

Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer - Test Director to manage the integration lifecycle for U.S. government contracts. The role involves developing and executing test procedures, as well as planning and conducting integration and verification testing in both lab and field environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle for U.S. government contracts
  • Develop and execute test events culminating in flight demonstrations
  • Perform comprehensive planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of testing activities
  • Conduct integration, verification, and field qualification testing
  • Create documentation for formal testing reviews
  • Liaison between test execution team, customer representatives, and program leads
  • Travel up to 10% during field test execution

Required skills

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Systems Integration, test planning, and execution
  • Familiarity with test related reviews (CTS, TRR, ESRB's)
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance
  • Experience with Coyote flight test operations or rapid development programs
  • Experience analyzing test data and diagnosing technical issues
  • Familiarity with telemetry data analysis tools and missile systems
