Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Reliability Product Manager-Tech at Amazon Data Services, you will work on improving product reliability, quality, and supplier management processes within AWS Infrastructure Services. Your role will involve developing internal tools and automated tracking mechanisms while collaborating with a diverse team to address challenges in AWS global infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect product requirements for reliability and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement tools for metric automation and reporting.
  • Manage supplier qualification requests for Long Lead Equipment (LLEs).
  • Implement tracking systems for supplier evaluations and compliance.
  • Collaborate on developing tracking systems for Tier 2 components.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 5+ years in mission-critical facilities experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, product marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • 7+ years in product, program, and/or technical leadership for large-scale initiatives in data center infrastructure.
