Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a Sr Radiology Tech/Mammographer to prepare patients for examinations and perform diagnostic radiology procedures in conformance with established protocols. The position requires multi-modality training and certification, reflecting the organization's commitment to safety, quality, and creating a healing environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct routine radiographic studies in diagnostics
  • Perform routine and specialized fluoroscopic studies using digital fluoroscope equipment
  • Maintain proficiency in multiple radiology modalities
  • Ensure radiation safety for both patients and operators
  • Position patients appropriately for procedures according to departmental policies

Required skills

  • ARRT certification
  • Multi-modality training in diagnostics, CT, MR, US, Dexa, or Mammography
  • Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program
