Job Description

Overview

As a Senior M&T Instructor at Constellation Energy, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering maintenance and technical training programs in the nuclear sector. This position focuses on improving personnel performance through effective training while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and conduct performance-based maintenance or technical training programs.
  • Prepare trainee examinations and evaluate trainee performance in various environments.
  • Assist in outage support, root cause support, and line assessment support activities.
  • Ensure training programs are updated according to regulatory reports and procedural changes.
  • Supervise the maintenance of auditable training records and participate in audits.
  • Maintain knowledge of plant operations and develop effective training materials.
  • Support business initiatives, project management, and emergency preparedness.

Required skills

  • Experience in nuclear technical background or applicable discipline instruction
  • Knowledge of Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines
  • Training or education experience
  • Familiarity with the systematic approach to training (SAT)
  • Ability to conduct evaluations and recommend individualized training programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014
