Overview In this role you will shape enterprise-scale platforms for Schwab's Workplace Services. You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, product partners, and stakeholders to guide technical direction, modernize critical systems, and improve stability, performance, and user experiences at scale. You'll apply enterprise architecture, AI-enabled tooling, and modern web and API technologies to deliver secure, high-quality solutions that drive business growth.
