Description: Salary Range - $140,000.00 - $160,000.00Hours - 7:30 - 4:30 M - F ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for integrated project execution within Engineering. Formally leads Project Engineering, driving execution and integration of engineering work from project intake through release. Ensure priority and quality alignment across Project Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering to deliver accurate, consumable, and on-time outputs that support predictable manufacturing flow.Works closely with the Director of Engineering to support execution within the engineering organization, strengthen engineering capabilities, and provide day-to-day leadership continuity when needed. Supports the development of technical expertise and engineering standards across the organization, including low and medium voltage power distribution systems. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Project Engineering team, setting clear expectations for ownership, pace, accountability, and technical excellenceDecide project priorities across engineering functions to ensure schedule adherence and engineering standards are metEstablish and reinforce consistent practices for managing engineering deliverables across all engineering groupsDrive day-to-day execution from project intake through releaseMaintain visibility to schedules, workload, resource utilization, and project riskIdentify risks early and take action to keep projects on track, escalating as necessary to resolve gapsDrive alignment across Project Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering to ensure coordinated executionSupport technical decision-making and problem solving on complex low voltage and medium voltage projectsPartner with engineering leadership to strengthen engineering standards, technical competency, and knowledge sharing across the organizationEnsure consistent use of systems and tools to maintain visibility, tracking, and accountability throughout project cyclesDrive continuous improvement in engineering deliverables, manufacturability, and engineering processes through close partnership with Operations and closed-loop feedback from fabrication, assembly, testing, and field performanceLead problem solving and resolution on active projectsSupport recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and development of engineering talentSuccess MeasuresOn-time engineering release performance with strict adherence to milestone schedules across projectsCohesive engineering outputs that limit downstream rework and engineering errorsEngineering solutions that balance speed, manufacturability, quality, and scalabilityStrong alignment between Engineering and Operations that supports predictable manufacturing executionContinuous improvement in engineering quality, manufacturability, and downstream operational performanceDevelopment of engineering talent and technical capability across the organizationQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field10+ years of engineering experience5+ years of engineering leadership experienceExperience managing managers, not just individual contributorsExperience leading engineering execution in a project-based manufacturing environment Preferred SkillsAbility to communicate clearly person-to-person, coach direct and indirect employees, and collaborate at all levelsStrong understanding of low and medium voltage power distribution systems, switchgear, controls, and related infrastructureFirm knowledge of UL 891 and familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, UL, and applicable medium voltage standards relevant to Requirements: Compensation details: 00 Yearly SalaryPIfc04499a7c81-3694
