Overview

Vantive is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Supply Planning to act as the enterprise expert in supply planning policies and processes. This role involves driving supply planning excellence, improving service levels and inventory performance, and promoting best practices across the organization, particularly in a transformational environment focused on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in therapy administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and improve global supply planning policies, standards, and tools
  • Lead global supply planning process governance and ensure adherence across regions
  • Establish performance metrics and manage a continuous improvement roadmap
  • Coach and mentor supply planners and related functions to build skill depth
  • Develop training materials and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Coordinate the end-to-end global supply planning cycle
  • Drive improved inventory management and supply risk management
  • Serve as the supply planning subject matter expert for planning systems
  • Identify and lead automation and analytics initiatives

Required skills

  • BA/BS in supply chain, engineering, business, analytics, or related field
  • MBA or MS preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience in leading supply planning process improvements
  • Professional certifications like APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable
  • Hands-on expertise with advanced planning platforms and AI tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
