Senior Project Management AnalystPosition Summary Our client is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support complex, high-visibility projects through financial analysis, budgeting, process improvement, and project coordination. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, manage project performance, and provide data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor project scopes, budgets, timelines, and status updates. Support the management of large, complex projects while ensuring budget adherence. Analyze historical project data to improve forecasting, budgeting, and pricing accuracy. Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Drive process improvement initiatives and implement project management best practices. Maintain project documentation, reports, and analytical dashboards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve communication and operational efficiency. Assist with training teams on project management tools and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field. 2+ years of project management, financial analysis, or project operations experience. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and business analytics. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred. Experience with SharePoint, SQL, or database management is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
