Duration: 1 Years 11 Months 3 Days - Contract Openings: 1 Deadline: 07/31/2026 Description: Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote flexibility considered for exceptional candidates) Interview Process: Video/Webcam Interview We are seeking an experienced and engaging IT Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will work alongside the Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the large-scale replacement of an enterprise technology system. You will play a pivotal role in capturing business requirements, mapping operational workflows, and ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. You should be comfortable collaborating across all organizational levels and dedicated to delivering innovative, cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business departments to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements. • Process Modeling & Optimization: Construct current- and future-state workflow diagrams, analyze system capabilities, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness. • Solution Design & Alignment: Propose technical and process solutions that align with strategic business goals, converting high-level roadmap features into detailed user stories and specifications. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between business units and IT teams, effectively communicating findings, recommendations, and status updates to project leadership and executive stakeholders. • System Validation: Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure new systems and processes meet defined business needs. • Project Support: Assist with project management tasks and coordinate implementation efforts as needed. Core Qualifications • Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst leading requirements gathering and process design for large enterprise technology replacements or implementations. • Analytical Skills: Expert-level ability to analyze complex operational workflows, translate business needs into technical requirements, and define project scope and objectives. • Communication & Collaboration: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus across technical and non-technical teams. • Agile & SDLC Knowledge: Hands-on experience creating user stories, functional specifications, process flowcharts, and system test cases. • Adaptability: A proactive team player willing to take on diverse tasks to drive project success. Required / Desired Skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field.
