Overview

The Senior Human Resources and Benefits Manager at Prairie Band, LLC is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role emphasizes compliance with regulations, benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent management
  • Communicate policy changes and assist in organizational change initiatives
  • Oversee employee benefits programs including health and retirement
  • Liaise with benefits vendors and monitor performance
  • Conduct benefits orientations and manage open enrollment sessions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and prepare compliance reports
  • Utilize HR metrics for strategic decision-making

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and employee relations
