Overview

The Sr. Finance Analyst at Aramark will be key in preparing financial and operational reports while conducting financial analysis projects. This role collaborates closely with leadership to improve profit margins and ensure compliance with financial processes and controls.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare financial and operating reports
  • Conduct financial analysis projects
  • Create annual forecasts and budgets
  • Accountable for cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Conduct audits and ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain financial records in accordance with regulations
  • Train finance and operations teams on financial practices
  • Assist in operational support as directed
  • Develop proformas for new business opportunities

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of progressive financial experience
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge
  • Payroll and P&L management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Team collaboration in budgeting and reporting
  • Adherence to accounting practices and financial controls
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work event-based hours
