Overview

Pinnacle Title LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Escrow Officer to join their dynamic Title Division in Grapeland, Texas. This role focuses on managing residential and commercial title transactions, ensuring compliance while providing exceptional service to clients and real estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding
  • Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions
  • Order and review title commitments and clear title issues
  • Prepare title and escrow documents and coordinate seamless closings
  • Provide a top-tier experience for clients, agents, lenders, and partners
  • Support the growth and success of Realtors and loan officers
  • Attend and engage in in-house agent events and training
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations

Required skills

  • 5+ years of escrow/title experience
  • Licensed Escrow Officer in TX
  • Strong grasp of the full closing process
  • Natural leadership skills and relationship-building
  • Operational expertise with multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with realtors and lenders
  • Tech-savvy with title software systems knowledge (Qualia certification a plus, GSuite, GMail)
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Must be a Notary Public
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus
  • Experience launching title operations in new markets or joint ventures is a bonus
