Overview

The Sr. Community Manager at Wallick Communities is responsible for leading a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to provide exceptional service and maintain high occupancy levels within the community. This full-time role focuses on operational excellence, financial management, and fostering positive relationships with residents and community owners.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team ensuring an engaged and high-performing workforce
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and processing of community invoices
  • Maintain a minimum occupancy level of 98%
  • Conduct inspections and audits of resident files
  • Complete necessary paperwork in compliance with regulations
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 1+ year experience as a residential property manager or 3+ years in a managerial position
  • Knowledge of HUD/Section 8 is a plus
  • High school diploma or associate's degree preferred
  • Dependable, with reliable transportation
  • Strong focus on resident service and satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and compliance orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus
